Nokia Lumia 710 to be available on T-Mobile

Nokia has partnered with Microsoft a new line of its mobile phones will not be using Meego or even Symbian but rather Windows Phone 7. The Lumia series is definitely one to watch as it combines the aesthetics of Nokia while at the same time delivers powerful performance.



The Nokia Lumia 710 is definitely a 3.7-inch beast with its 1.4 GHz Snapdragon processor. The screen that will be used features a ClearBlack LCD display which runs at a resolution of 800×480 pixels. In addition to that, it is one of the few Windows Phone 7 devices which will support HSPA+ (also known as 4G) networks which allows it to receive speed up to 14.4 Mbps. Suffice to say, the Lumia 710 is fast in many ways possible.

At 8GB of memory, it isn’t particularly big especially with the operating system taking up a chuck of the space leaving the users with an average of 5GB left. A compilation of songs would work well but putting videos in it might not be the brightest of ideas. There are also third-party software installed such as NetFlix, T-Mobile TV, ESPN Mobile and a few others, compliments to T-Mobile as well as Nokia. Those that are interested should look forward to January 11 as that is the date on when the Lumia 710 is coming to stores.
